Le circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya a fait un petit tour dans le passé en revenant sur la première course du championnat en Espagne en 2008 avec les 1000km de Catalogne.
La 3e manche de la saison 2020 se déroulera le samedi 29 août à Barcelone.
