We asked Tom Olmos (Team Manager), Pierre-Lee Fauquereau (Technical Director), Maxime Scalabrini (LMP2 Race Engineer) and Julien Neveu (LMP3 Race Engineer) questions about setting up the cars for multiple drivers, managing the traffic, how the drivers prepare for the race, both physically and mentally, what they wished you, the fans, understood better and much more.
