Saturday 14 May, the second day at the 4 Hours of Imola, will provide visitors to the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari with plenty of on track entertainment with qualifying sessions for the European Le Mans Series, Michelin GT3 Le Mans Cup and the Renault Sport Trophy. The day will conclude with the first of two races for the Renault Sport Trophy followed by the first ever race for the Michelin GT3 Le Mans Cup, which will start at 17h00 and conclude 2-hours later.
The day will start with the first 20-minute qualifying session for the Renault Sport Trophy, which will begin at 09h00.
This will be followed at 09h35 by the second 90-minute Free Practice session of the weekend for the 42 cars taking part in Round 2 of the European Le Mans Series.
At 11h20 the qualifying session for the Michelin GT3 Le Mans will start and 30-minutes later the grid for the 2-hour race in Italy will be unveiled.
At 12h05 the second 20-minute Renault Sport Trophy qualifying session will start and after lunch with the Renault Sport Show providing entertainment.
The first of three 10-minute qualifying session for the ELMS will start at 13h50. The first session will be for the LMGTE competitors, followed by LMP3, with LMP2 at 14h30. The pole position holders and the make up of the grid for the 4 Hours of Imola will then be known.
At 15h10 Race 1 for the Renault Sport Trophy will start which is held for 70 minutes plus 1 lap.
The day will conclude with one of the highlights of the weekend, Round 1 of the 2016 Michelin GT3 Le Mans Cup at 17h00.
