The final Free Practice session of the 4 Hours of Barcelona weekend in Spain saw the no43 Inter Europol Competition Oreca head the time sheets, with Jonathan Aberdein posting a 1m29.950, sixth tenths ahead of the no28 IDEC Sport, with the no25 Algarve Pro Racing Oreca third fastest two tenths further back.
The no81 Dragonspeed Oreca was the fastest of the LMP2 Pro/Am competitors in 5thoverall, Juan Pablo Montoya posting a 1m31.419, 0.304s ahead of the no37 Cool Racing and the no20 Algarve Pro Racing Orecas.
LMP3 was headed by the no12 WTM Racing by Rinaldi Duqueine M30-D08, which finished the 90-minute session 0.656s ahead of the no8 Team Virage Ligier after Oscar Tunjo posted a 1m36.971 lap.The no10 Eurointernational Ligier was third quickest, four tenths ahead of reigning champions Cool Racing.
The LMGTE category was headed by the no93 Proton Competition Porsche with Martin Rump setting a 1m40.248 lap, 0.131s ahead of the no51 AF Corse Ferrari.The no50 Formula Racing Ferrari was third quickest and the no16 Proton Competition Porsche in fourth spot.
Qualifying for the 4 Hours of Barcelona will get underway at 14h40 CEST and will be shown live on the ELMS website.
