Newly crowned European Le Mans Series Champion Léo Roussel will be stepping up to the WEC next week as he is set to replace Pierre Thiriet in the No.26 G-Drive Racing ORECA 07 Gibson at the 6 Hours of Shanghai.

The Frenchman, 22, who seized the title with Memo Rojas at the ELMS season finale in Portugal last weekend with G-Drive Racing by Dragonspeed, is very familiar with racing in the ORECA chassis and knows one of his team mates, Roman Rusinov, well.
