Alex Kapadia had a busy season driving for RLR M Sport in European Le Mans Series and Michelin Le Mans Cup in the LMP3 class. In both championships he and his teammates were at the forefront of a very competitive field and scored points at every race, including a third place in Road To Le Mans.
We have met Alex in Portimão to talk about his season in ELMS and Michelin Le Mans Cup.
How do you feel about your 2017 season?
I’m very happy about it. RLR is a great team to be with; we kept making progress every single time. Ross Warburton, my teammate in Michelin Le Mans Cup, has improved a lot and working with Jon and Morten in ELMS was also great. It was great as well to do a duo program with RLR and it was nice to see the team get the results they deserved. So, I’m really happy.
Best moments of the season:
What are your plans for 2018?
I would like to be back with RLR M Sport again. We have to wait and see if that could be possible, but I would love to be back in the Michelin Le Mans Cup again.

Great Fun!
