With three races completed we are at the halfway point of the 2025 European Le Mans Series.
Victory in Imola has put the no48 VDS Panis Racing at the head of the championship standings with Charles Milesi, Oliver Gray and Esteban Masson on 51 points after three races.
The no18 IDEC Sport Oreca, which had taken the LMP2 wins in Barcelona and Le Castellet finished outside of the top 10 in Imola and so Jamie Chadwick, Mathys Jaubert and Daniel Juncadella remain on 50 points, just one point behind the leaders.
Another second place finish for the crew of the no43 Inter Europol Competition has moved Jakub Smiechowski, Tom Dillmann and Nick Yelloly up a place to third in the standings on 38 points, while a podium finish from pole position has moved the no25 Algarve Pro Racing up to 4th on 30 points.
Victory in Imola for the no99 AO by TF crew of PJ Hyett, Dane Cameron and Louis Delétraz has put them at the top of the standings on 48 points, four points ahead of the no77 Proton Competition, with Jonas Ried, René Binder and Bent Viscaal on 44 points after finishing second in Italy.
Clément Novalak, Mathias Beche and Rodrigo Sales drop a place in the standings to third after finishing 4thin Imola in the no29 TDS Racing Oreca and are currently on 42 points after three races.
Adrien Closmenil, Paul Lanchere and Theodor Jensen continue their 100% record after another victory from pole position for the no17 CLX Motorsport Ligier and are currently on a maximum 78 points from three races. Such has been their dominance this season, another win from pole in Spa-Francorchamps would seal the LMP3 title with two races remaining.
The no88 Inter Europol Competition Ligier is second on 33 points. Douwe Dedecker, Reece Gold and Tim Creswick are 45 points behind the leaders and 3 points ahead of the crews of the no68 M Racing, no31 Racing Spirit of Léman and no11 Eurointernational, who are all tied on 30 points.
After the dramatic race in Italy the top 6 cars in the LMGT3 category are split by just 10 points after three rounds.
After finishing third in Italy, Duncan Cameron, David Perel and Matt Griffin head to Spa-Francorchamps as championship leaders with the no55 Spirit of Race Ferrari on 39 points.
The 4 Hours of Imola winning no82 TF Sport Corvette is second in the standings with Hiroshi Koizumi, Charlie Eastwood and Rui Andrade on 33 points.
4 Hours of Barcelona winners Célia Martin, Michelle Gatting and Sarah Bovy are also on 33 points in the no85 Iron Dames Porsche, with the no51 AF Corse Ferrari crew on 32 points.
The top six cars in the standings is completed by the no50 Richard Mille AF Corse Ferrari on 31 points after three races and the no60 Proton Competition Porsche on 29 points.
Round 4 of the 2025 European Le Mans Series will be the 4 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium, which will take place on Sunday 24 August.
